The NDCCCS Board of Deacons welcomes all ND members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday 17 May, 1:30 pm at Epping Boys High Edmund Barton Centre.

JOINING THE AGM
On-site:
The NDCCCS will hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 17th at 1:30 pm. The meeting will take place in person at Epping Boys High School.
We require at least one quarter of the total membership, i.e. 76 members, to be present at the AGM to meet quorum requirements under our NDCCCS Constitution. Please note that proxy forms will not be counted as the quorum. It is the responsibility of each member to attend and vote in NDCCCS general meetings.
Lunch before AGM
A light lunch (pizza) will be provided before the AGM at the open area outside the hall. Registration is NOT required. Please come and join!
The meeting notice will be sent to all members on 26th April.

Appointment of Proxy
If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, you can submit a proxy form.
A proxy form is attached to the Notice of Meeting.
