Extraordinary General Meeting

The NDCCCS Board of Deacons welcomes all ND members to attend our Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Sunday 26 October, 1 pm at Epping Boys High Edmund Barton Centre.

The NDCCCS will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on October 26th at 1 pm. The meeting will take place in person at Epping Boys High School.

According to the church's constitution, the quorum required for the meeting is not less than a quarter of the total membership, which is a total of 73 members. Please note that proxy forms will not be counted as the quorum. It is the responsibility of each member to attend the meeting, as the unity of the congregation is important.

A light lunch with pizza will be provided before the EGM at the open area outside the hall. Registration is NOT required this time.

The meeting notice will be sent via email to all members on 5th October.

Appointment of Proxy

If you are unable to attend the EGM in person, you can submit a proxy form.
A proxy form is attached to the Notice of Meeting.

To facilitate the smooth running of the EGM, please send your questions to us on or before 19th October 2025.
Your questions will be answered by the Chairman via email within 5 day of receipt, and/or addressed at the EGM.
