Joining the EGM

On-site:

The NDCCCS will hold an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Sunday 29 November, 1:30 pm at Epping Boys High School, 213 Vimiera Road, Eastwood NSW 2122.

A light lunch with pizza will be provided before the EGM at the open area outside the hall. Registration is NOT required.

The meeting notice has been sent via email to all members on 8 November.

Appointment of Proxy

If you are unable to attend the EGM in person, you can submit a proxy form. A proxy form is attached to the Notice of EGM.
